the Congress was presented with reports on the state of transplantation in the countries participating in this event and discussed its various aspects, including the problems of transplantation, current approaches to organ transplants, ethics, legal regulation of transplantation and organ donation, issues of tissue typing and immunosuppressive therapy.
One of the issues that the speakers of this international forum particularly focused on was the importance of the transplant coordination service in solving the main problem of Transplantology-the shortage of donor organs.
